Shipping

We pride ourselves on our service, which includes our same-day delivery for all orders placed before 11 a.m. and next-day delivery customized to suit your schedule. We load and route our own trucks every morning. For our valued customers outside of the NY/NJ delivery area, we contract with UPS and FEDEX services for prompt and secure delivery.

For orders delivered on our company-owned trucks, we offer FREE delivery for ALL orders over $250.00. For orders below $250.00, we charge a $15.00 or $25.00 flat delivery charge depending on the size and destination of the order.

Returns

We keep our returns policy simple. Better Pak Container will happily take returns and provide a full refund on all un-opened and undamaged goods up to 30 days from date of purchase.

All returns thereafter are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus any applicable return freight costs. In the event we make an error in shipping or packing we will of course offer a full refund and/or credit immediately.
