Shipping and Returns -

We pride ourselves in our service so we offer same and next day delivery.  We route our own trucks and load our trucks in the morning.  With that being said, any orders placed before 11am will in fact be delivered the same day.

Any orders received thereafter will be delivered promptly the next day.
We also offer UPS and FEDEX services for orders that are not in the NY/NJ area and these orders too are shipped promptly.

For orders delivered on our company owned trucks we offer FREE delivery for ALL orders over $250.00.
If the orders are less than $250.00 we charge a $15.00 or $25.00 flat delivery charge depending on the size and destination of the order.

Our return policy is quite simple.   Better Pak Container and Georgeve Sanitary Supply will happily take back all goods un-opened and in the original condition up to 30 days of purchase for a 100% refund.
All returns thereafter are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus any additional freight required to obtain the goods.  In the event a return is caused because of our company’s error, of course a full refund and/or credit will be issued
